Click and Collect Terms

You have 14 days to get to know your vehicle and to make sure it suits you. If you change your mind please let us know in writing email info@henrys-cars.com.

We cannot accept a return of the car if it has been damaged, modified or altered from the condition it was delivered it. We require the vehicle to be returned within the 14 day period.

An excess mileage charge or £1 per mile for any mileage of 20 miles in those 14 days will apply. If you do change your mind you cannot use the car once you have notified us until its returned.

The wellbeing of all our customers and employees remains our top priority, and we have therefore implemented a number of measures to hopefully reassure everyone that we are making our dealerships as safe as possible.

Please do not be offended if our employees refrain from shaking your hand. You will be welcomed to the dealership with the same positive attitude, but we will be keeping our hands to ourselves and follow the Social Distancing measures.

We have redesigned our service reception and showroom areas to allow for social distancing and to accommodate safe waiting areas. We provide hand sanitisation stations and have installed protective safety screens and safe distancing signage. We have also increased the number of times our facilities are cleaned and implemented systematic disinfectant cleans on all common areas throughout the day. These areas include but not limited to door handles, countertops, restroom surfaces, handrails, tables, chairs, and many more commonly touched areas.
