Sales Executive

 

Job Summary:

Join our award-winning team at Henrys Skoda as a Sales Executive. We are seeking a dynamic individual to represent both Henrys and the Skoda brand at our Glasgow City Centre dealership. As a Sales Executive, you will manage the end-to-end customer experience, handling enquiries and converting them into vehicle and finance sales. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Duties:

  • Respond to queries from new and existing customers regarding new and used vehicle sales.
  • Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of Henrys and Skoda.
  • Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities on finance and optional extras.
  • Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing.
  • Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options.
  • Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with process.
  • Adhere to industry regulations relating to the sale of vehicles and finance.

Experience:

  • Previous Motor Trade Experience as a Sales Executive is beneficial.
  • Individuals with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong upselling and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, articulate, and professional.
