About the Role:

We are searching for a charismatic and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in exceeding customer expectations and achieving ambitious sales targets.

• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs and budget.
• Showcase our extensive range of new and used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and answer any questions customers may have.
• Negotiate competitive sales prices and finance options.
• Process paperwork and ensure a smooth buying experience for each customer.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Contribute to a positive and professional sales environment.

About You:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in car sales (preferred).
• A strong passion for cars and the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• A target-driven and results-oriented approach.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential.
