IF YOU’VE BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT, YOUR FIRST ACT SHOULD BE TO CALL SUZUKI FIRST. THE ACCIDENT AFTERCARE SERVICE IS COMPLETELY FREE FOR ALL SUZUKI OWNERS. JUST CALL 0800 107 1156, WHOEVER IS AT FAULT FOR THE ACCIDENT.
What do I do if I’ve been involved in an accident?
Whoever is at fault for the accident, call Suzuki First. We know your Suzuki inside out, so we offer something that no insurance company can: a guarantee that all repairs will meet the very highest Suzuki repair standards.
We’ll also manage the insurance claim process and give you access to a free courtesy car*.
There’s no hassle, no claim forms to fill out and no cost to you.
Do I have to call my insurance company first?
No, you don’t.
Most insurance companies want to repair your car as cheaply as possible, so they will send you to their choice of body shop – a body shop that won’t know your car and might not offer the latest Suzuki repair standards, or use Suzuki genuine parts.
Suzuki accident aftercare, on the other hand, means that you can exercise your right to a repair at a Suzuki Approved Body & Paint Centre, which operates to Suzuki repair standards and only uses Suzuki genuine parts – keeping your Suzuki 100% Suzuki.

ꝉ Accident recovery is provided when you call Suzuki First and we handle your insurance claim on your behalf. If you cancel the recovery of your vehicle you will be liable for any cancellation charges incurred, or if your insurer rejects your claim you will be liable for any recovery costs incurred.
