Kevin Ruddy - Aftersales Manager
Kevin has 27 years experience in the industry within franchise dealerships. After joining Henrys in 2010 as a Senior Technician, he progressed to a workshop controller which has led him to his current role as Aftersales Manager. Kevin takes great pride in his job, ensuring the Henry's customers receive a 5 star experience. In 2020, Kevin has been nominated by Suzuki to take part in a highly recognised training programme which he is thoroughly looking forward to. With 3 children in the household, Kevin's spare time outside of work is limited but when not carrying out family duties, he is a keen motorcyclist and enjoys occasional mountain biking.
Jenny Craig - Aftersales Advisor
Jenny is a highly experienced Service Advisor who has been in the industry for almost 10 years. Throughout her career, Jenny has fulfilled various key roles within busy service and warranty departments across different franchises. Jenny's knowledge, experience and dedication to customer care makes her a great asset to our Henry's team. A dedicated animal lover, Jenny loves nothing more than tending to her menagerie, and is a dedicated horse rider; a discipline she has been competitively involved in for 20 years.
Lewis Henry - Aftersales Advisor
Lewis is a valuable member of our aftersales team at Henrys, having spent his whole motor trade career with the company. Initially starting out in a sales role, Lewis transferred to our SsangYong service department a number of years ago, before adding Suzuki to his catalogue of experience. Completely focused on customer service, Lewis ensures he delivers a quality customer experience at every visit, upholding the Suzuki Service Promise at every opportunity. Nothing is too much trouble, from a lift to a cup of tea. In his spare time, Lewis enjoys a range of activities from hill walking to seeing the latest movie in the cinema. However he is never happier than when he is exploring the Scottish Countryside and planning road trips in his beloved car.
Alan Cameron - Technician
Alan is currently the longest serving technician - dedicating over 25 years to serving the valued Henry's customers. Alan has vast knowledge and experience of all motor vehicles and plays a key role within our Suzuki/SsangYong team. In his spare time, Alan likes to work on his classic Audi Cabriolet, keeping it in shape for the summer months. With a grown up family, Alan loves to relax on holiday with his wife.
Raymond Warnock - Technician
Raymond is a highly experienced technician with over 20 years in the motor trade. He has served the Henrys group for a number of years, starting within the Skoda dealership in Glasgow. A highly valued member of our team, Raymond is currently working towards the Suzuki Master Technician accreditation. He has a great love of cars, but his main passion is mountain biking, when not working Raymond can be found careering down the steepest of dirt tracks at speed on his beloved bike.
John Beith - Technician
John joined our Henrys team from a main Honda dealership where he spent over 16 1/2 years. During this time, John progressed through to the highly recognised Master Technician level with Honda. He has brought a vast amount of knowledge and experience to our workshop and is a valued and dedicated member of our Suzuki/SsangYong team. John is currently working towards his full Suzuki Master Technician accreditation. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his young family and occasionally squeezing in the odd game of golf.
Gerry Rodgers - Parts Advisor
Gerry is the longest serving parts advisor within the Henrys group, taking care of our customers every parts need for over 15 years. Gerry's willingness to provide a first class parts experience makes him a crucial member of our Suzuki/SsangYong team. Gerry is always on hand to give valuable advice or source the required parts, no matter how big or small. In his spare time, Gerry likes to watch football and participate in the occasional game of 5-a-sides.
Michael Beattie - Service Driver
Michael is the friendly face many of our customers will be familiar with when he is collecting and dropping off their vehicles. Michael is our driver/valet and is pivotal in delivering a first class experience, as it is to his credit that our customers cars are cleaned to such a high standard. In his spare time, Michael enjoys refurbishing and repurposing old furniture, carrying out DIY jobs in the house and spending valuable time with family
