Yes, you do. However, other methods such as debit card, direct debit, and Paypal are also planned to be available, and the service is free for the first three years starting from the warranty start date so no payment will be taken

Following the initial free period of three years you can select a payment plan and charges will begin according to the terms agreed when you registered.

You can use your car normally without a Suzuki Connect contract. Still, having a Suzuki Connect contract offers various convenient and reassuring features that will make your experience with the car even better.

No – E-Call is always available regardless of your Suzuki Connect registration status

You can cancel your contract at any time yourself on the Suzuki Connect member website.

Be sure to follow the cancellation procedures for Suzuki Connect.

When using various app services (e.g. remote control), data communication charges for smartphones are the responsibility of the user.

The warranty period is the same as for the vehicle: 36 months or 60,000 miles which ever comes first.

Suzuki will retain personal information for the required period in accordance with the terms described in the Suzuki Connect Privacy Policy.

The app can’t be used jointly. Only one primary user can be registered for a Suzuki Connect car. If somebody knows your ID/password, they will be able to use it from any smartphone, so please be very careful. In addition to primary users, secondary users (up to 4) with separate IDs and passwords can be registered.

Yes, push notifications will be sent to your smartphone in accordance with your selected notifications settings.

Primary users can delete secondary users from the app settings, and secondary users can also delete themselves.
