Great experience from start to finish. David S made the whole process very simple. Always on hand for any questions I had and kept me up to date with everything. This was my first time using a Skoda dealership and my first visit to Henrys and I’ve been really impressed.

The service costs were competitive, the communication was excellent from start to finish, and they worked quickly to accommodate school drop-offs and pickups, which made the whole experience much easier.

Lauren on the service desk was brilliant - friendly, honest, and clearly knew her stuff. She didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, took the time to explain things properly, and checked the service history before making any recommendations.

They also flagged a software recall and tried to apply the update during the visit. When it didn’t take, they booked me back in and offered a free courtesy car; all without me needing to ask.
