Buying a second hand car online during a pandemic
Unfortunately I needed to replace my car during the COVID-19 pandemic. My email to Henrys ŠKODA was swiftly answered & when they were able to get in their showroom again they produced a video of the used car I was interested in. It was an honest review & Henrys offered to touch up any stone chips prior to the sale. They also agreed to part exchange my old car & offered me a fair price given the age and mileage. The car was delivered to my home address (60 miles round trip for the dealer) & the driver left the car hygienic & the handover was done in a ‘physically distanced’ manner as appropriate during this pandemic. The driver then took my old car away. Buying a second hand car online without having seen it relies on a good amount of trust and honesty but any concerns were fully addressed. Having driven my ŠKODA Citigo for a week now I feel fairly happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Henrys in Glasgow.

Helpful service from staff member who stayed as the point of contact from my first call to the end. Provided a video tour of the car, I felt confident enough to buy remotely. Did all paperwork by email, agreed a delivery price and time and the vehicle arrived exactly as scheduled. Vehicle clean and as described. Taken on a journey and so far everything is ok, have the 12 months SKODA warranty for piece of mind.

salesman listened to what I needed and didn't try and put pressure to take products I did not need. Car has been great so far with no issues and long may it continue ( only been 4 days so hope this stays the same) fantastic that you get a 12 month warranty...... 24 month if you take finance so that's a positive
